Community Energy Partnership Mission:
The Community Energy Partnership (CEP) is a collaboration among eight Southern California cities, Southern California Edison, Southern California Gas Company, and The Energy Coalition. Its mission is to build positive relationships among cities, energy consumers, and their serving utilities, and to educate communities about sustainable and efficient energy practices.
Through the CEP, cities and utilities collaborate to empower consumers to take responsibility for their energy use. The CEP is dedicated to providing energy efficiency knowledge and spreading awareness of services within the communities of our eight partner cities of Culver City, Brea, Corona, Irvine, Moreno Valley, San Bernardino, Santa Clarita and Santa Monica.
